Garlic butter chicken bites served with asparagus.
Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breasts, cubed
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lb asparagus, trimmed
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
- Add cubed chicken to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Cook until chicken is browned and cooked through, about 7-10 minutes.
- Add asparagus to the skillet and toss to coat in garlic butter.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and roast for 10-15 minutes.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- Adjust seasoning to your taste.
- Feel free to add other vegetables.
