- 4 chicken breasts
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 6 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups rice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add chicken breasts and cook until browned on both sides.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Cover and cook for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
- Meanwhile, cook rice according to package instructions.
- Serve chicken over rice and garnish with parsley.
