- 2 cups baby potatoes, halved

Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Add butter and let it melt.
- Season chicken thighs with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Place chicken in the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Remove chicken and set aside.
- Add potatoes to the skillet and cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add minced garlic and stir for 1 minute.
- Return chicken to the skillet and cover. Cook for an additional 10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
