Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a baking dish.
- Layer half of the potato slices at the bottom of the dish.
- Sprinkle half of the minced garlic and basil over the potatoes.
- Pour half of the heavy cream over the layer.
- Add half of the cheese on top.
- Repeat with the remaining potatoes, garlic, basil, cream, and cheese.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes until the potatoes are tender and the top is golden brown.
