Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  3. Melt the butter in a large saucepan over low heat.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla.
  5. Mix in flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  6. Stir in peppermint extract and chocolate chips.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  8. Bake for 30-35 minutes.
  9. Let cool before cutting into squares.
