- 2 cups frika (cracked green wheat)
- 4 medium potatoes, diced
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions
- Rinse the frika under cold water and soak for 30 minutes.
- In a pot, boil the diced potatoes until tender, then drain.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent.
- Add the boiled potatoes and soaked frika to the skillet.
- Season with salt and pepper, stirring gently.
- Cook for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top and cover until melted.
