Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the mixture on 4 slices of bread.
- Top with sliced strawberries and cover with remaining bread slices.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, milk, egg, and cinnamon.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Dip each sandwich in the batter, then fry until golden brown on both sides.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve warm, optionally dusted with powdered sugar.
