Ingredients

  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt

  • 8 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cabbage
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup salsa

Instructions

  1. Preheat oil in a deep pan to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dip shrimp in buttermilk, then coat with the flour mixture.
