Instructions
- Wash and slice the tomatoes into thick rounds.

- Coat each tomato slice in the flour mixture.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the coated tomato slices until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess oil.
