Instructions
- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the diced potatoes and cook for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add the sliced onions to the skillet.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Continue to cook for another 15 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are golden and tender.
- Serve hot.
