Description
Crispy fried deviled eggs with a flavorful filling.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 eggs (for breading)
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
- Dip each filled egg half in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the breaded eggs until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- You can add spices to the yolk mixture for extra flavor.
- Serve with dipping sauce if desired.
- Adjust frying time based on your stove.
