Instructions

  1. Hard boil the eggs and let them cool.
  2. Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, mustard, salt, and pepper to the yolks and mix until smooth.
  5. Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
  6. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  7. Dip each filled egg half in flour, then in egg, and finally in breadcrumbs.
  8. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  9. Fry the breaded eggs until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  10. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
