Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless chicken thighs
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 6 slider buns
- Lettuce leaves
- Pickles
- Your favorite sauce
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
- Dredge marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
- Fry chicken for 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Assemble sliders with chicken, lettuce, pickles, and sauce on buns.
