			- 1 lb chicken pieces
 - 1 cup buttermilk
 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
 - 1 tsp paprika
 - 1 tsp garlic powder
 - 1 tsp onion powder
 - 1 tsp salt
 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
 - 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
 - Cooking spray
 
Instructions
- Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
 - In a bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne.
 - Remove chicken from buttermilk and coat with flour mixture.
 - Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
 - Place chicken in the air fryer basket and spray with cooking spray.
 - Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
 - Check for doneness; internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).
 
Notes
- Adjust spices according to taste.
 - For extra crispiness, double coat the chicken.
