- 1 pound of smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil

- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add the sausage and cook until browned.
- Stir in the onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Add the chopped cabbage and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.
- Serve hot.
