Instructions
- Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a bowl.
- Add chilled butter and mix until crumbly.
- Stir in cold water until dough forms.
- Wrap dough and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
- Mix diced apples or peaches with sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll out dough, cut into circles.
- Place filling on one half of each circle.
- Fold and seal edges with a fork.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry pies until golden brown on both sides.
- Drain on paper towels.
