- 1 cup milk
- 2 large eggs

- 2 tablespoons melted butter
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon.
- Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until combined.
- Fold in melted butter.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour batter onto the skillet to form pancakes.
- Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve with syrup and toppings of your choice.
Notes
- You can add fruit or nuts to the batter for extra flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
