Ingredients

- 4 pork chops
- 2 large onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
- Cook pork chops for about 5 minutes on each side until browned.
- Remove chops and set aside.
- Add onions to the skillet and cook until caramelized, about 10-15 minutes.
- Return pork chops to the skillet.
- Add beef broth, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Top chops with Swiss cheese and cover until melted.
