  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup Swiss cheese, shredded

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Season pork chops with salt and pepper, then add to the skillet.
  3. Cook pork chops for about 5 minutes on each side until browned.
  4. Remove chops and set aside.
  5. Add onions to the skillet and cook until caramelized, about 10-15 minutes.
  6. Return pork chops to the skillet.
  7. Add beef broth, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes.
  8. Top chops with Swiss cheese and cover until melted.
