Description

Instructions

  1. Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt butter and olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 20 minutes.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  5. Add beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  6. Mix in cooked pasta and stir to combine.
  7. Sprinkle Gruyere and Parmesan cheeses over the top.
  8. Cover and cook until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.
  9. Season with salt and pepper.
  10. Garnish with fresh thyme before serving.
