Ingredients

  • 1 cup French onion soup
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, French onion soup, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through.
