- 1 cup pastry cream
- 2 cups assorted fresh fruits (strawberries, kiwi, blueberries, peaches)
- 1/4 cup apricot glaze
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the tart pastry and fit it into a tart pan.
- Bake the crust for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let the crust cool completely.
- Fill the cooled crust with pastry cream.
- Arrange the fresh fruits on top of the cream in a decorative pattern.
- Brush the fruits with apricot glaze to give a shiny finish.
- Chill the tart in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
