- 1 pound roast beef, thinly sliced
- 8 slider buns
- 8 slices provolone cheese
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a saucepan, heat beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper over medium heat.
- Cut the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the roast beef and provolone cheese on the buns.
- Top with the other half of the buns.
- Brush the tops with olive oil.
- Bake for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and buns are golden.
- Serve warm with dipping broth.
