- 4 ounces of bittersweet chocolate, melted
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup of whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and press into a pie dish.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes and let it cool.
- In a bowl, beat the sugar, cocoa powder, and heavy cream together.
- Add the melted chocolate and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs until light and fluffy.
- Gradually add the chocolate mixture to the eggs, mixing until smooth.
- Pour the filling into the cooled crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.
