Description
A classic French chicken casserole featuring apples and cream.
Ingredients

			- 4 chicken thighs
 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
 - 1 onion, chopped
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 2 apples, sliced
 - 1 cup heavy cream
 - 1 cup chicken broth
 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - Fresh thyme for garnish
 
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
 - Brown the chicken thighs on both sides.
 - Add chopped onion and garlic; sauté until soft.
 - Add sliced apples and cook for a few minutes.
 - Stir in cream, chicken broth, and Dijon mustard.
 - Season with salt and pepper.
 - Cover and simmer for 30 minutes.
 - Garnish with fresh thyme before serving.
