Description

These French Bistro Deviled Eggs are a classic appetizer with a twist. They feature a creamy yolk mixture flavored with Dijon mustard and fresh herbs.


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh chives
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • Paprika for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the eggs for 10 minutes and then cool in ice water.
  2. Peel the eggs and slice them in half.
  3. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  4. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, chives, parsley, salt, and pepper to the yolks.
  5. Mash the mixture until smooth.
  6. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
  7. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
