Instructions
- Collect dandelion petals, ensuring they are clean and free from pesticides.
- Boil the petals in water for 10 minutes.
- Strain the liquid to remove petals.
- Add lemon juice and pectin to the liquid.
- Bring mixture to a boil.
- Add sugar and stir until dissolved.
- Boil for 1-2 minutes until thickened.
- Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
Notes
- Use only the yellow petals.
- Harvest dandelions from areas free of chemicals.
