A simple recipe for classic deviled eggs that you can prepare in just 20 minutes.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
Instructions
- Place eggs in a pot and cover with water.
- Bring water to a boil over medium heat.
- Once boiling, cover the pot and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.
- Transfer eggs to an ice bath for 5 minutes.
- Peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.
- Remove yolks and place in a bowl.
- Add mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper to the yolks. Mix until smooth.
- Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture.
- Sprinkle with paprika before serving.

- Use fresh eggs for easier peeling.
