Description
A classic Hawaiian mac salad served from food trucks, perfect for gatherings.
Ingredients

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 cup diced carrots
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/2 cup sweet pickle relish
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, mix mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooled macaroni, carrots, celery, green onions, and relish. Stir well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve cold and enjoy.

- Adjust ingredients to taste.
- Can add diced ham or tuna for protein.
