- 1 packet active dry yeast

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add flour and salt to the yeast mixture. Stir until combined.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Press the dough into a greased baking sheet.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top and dimple the surface with your fingers.
- Sprinkle rosemary and coarse salt on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before slicing and serving.
