Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk and egg yolks.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the batter.
- Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with butter.
- Pour batter into the pan to form pancakes.
- Cover the pan and cook for about 4-5 minutes on low heat.
- Flip the pancakes and cook for another 3-4 minutes until golden.
