Ingredients

- 1 pound fresh Florida shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/4 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F.
- In a skillet, sauté onion, bell pepper, and garlic until soft.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
- In a bowl, whisk together heavy cream, eggs, Old Bay, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the shrimp mixture evenly in the pie crust.
- Pour the cream mixture over the shrimp.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the filling is set and the top is golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.

- Use fresh shrimp for the best flavor.
- Can substitute other seafood if desired.
