Description
A classic Italian flatbread pizza topped with fresh tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and basil.
Ingredients
- Flatbread – 1 large
- Fresh mozzarella cheese – 200g
- Fresh tomatoes – 2 medium
- Fresh basil leaves – a handful
- Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
- Salt – to taste
- Black pepper – to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
- Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Slice the fresh mozzarella and tomatoes.
- Spread the mozzarella evenly over the flatbread.
- Add sliced tomatoes on top of the mozzarella.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Remove from the oven and add fresh basil leaves.
- Slice and serve hot.

- Try adding a sprinkle of oregano for extra taste.
