Description

Ingredients

  • Flatbread – 1 large
  • Fresh mozzarella cheese – 200g
  • Fresh tomatoes – 2 medium
  • Fresh basil leaves – a handful
  • Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
  • Salt – to taste
  • Black pepper – to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 220°C (425°F).
  2. Place the flatbread on a baking sheet.
  3. Slice the fresh mozzarella and tomatoes.
  4. Spread the mozzarella evenly over the flatbread.
  5. Add sliced tomatoes on top of the mozzarella.
  6. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and black pepper.
  7. Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted.
