Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Pour in diced tomatoes and stir in olives, capers, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Season sauce with salt and pepper.
  5. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  6. Place fish fillets in the sauce, cover, and cook for 8-10 minutes until fish is cooked through.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
