Description
Fish en papillote is a cooking method where fish is steamed in a parchment paper packet.
Ingredients

- 2 fish fillets
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1 zucchini, thinly sliced
- 1 bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs (parsley or thyme)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut a large piece of parchment paper.
- Place the fish fillets in the center of the paper.
- Add lemon slices, zucchini, and bell pepper on top of the fish.
- Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
- Add fresh herbs.
- Fold the parchment paper to create a sealed packet.
- Place the packet on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Open the packet carefully and serve.
