Ingredients

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan, egg, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, pepper, and parsley.
- Mix until well combined.
- Form mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, heat barbecue sauce over medium heat.
- Add baked meatballs to the sauce and stir to coat.
- Serve hot.

- Adjust spice level by increasing or decreasing red pepper flakes.
