Ingredients

- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup mozzarella balls
- 1/2 cup fresh basil
- 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
- 1 package of mini puff pastry
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the puff pastry into small squares.
- Mix cream cheese, spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture on each pastry square.
- Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling.
- Brush with egg wash and bake for 15 minutes.
- Skewer cherry tomatoes and mozzarella with basil.
- Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
