Ingredients

  • 1 cup spinach
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the puff pastry into small squares.
  3. Mix cream cheese, spinach, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Place a spoonful of the mixture on each pastry square.
  5. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling.
  6. Brush with egg wash and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Skewer cherry tomatoes and mozzarella with basil.
  8. Drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.
