Ingredients

  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions.
  2. In a pan, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, soy sauce, and chili paste. Stir well.
  6. Let the sauce simmer for 5 minutes.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Add cooked ramen noodles to the sauce and mix.
  9. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
