Ingredients

  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a pot, heat some oil and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  2. Add chicken slices and cook until browned.
  3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
  4. Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  5. Stir in soy sauce and chili paste.
  6. Reduce the heat and add heavy cream, stirring well.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
