Ingredients

- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 green onions, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a pot, heat some oil and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add chicken slices and cook until browned.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Add ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
- Stir in soy sauce and chili paste.
- Reduce the heat and add heavy cream, stirring well.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
Notes
- Adjust spice level with more or less chili paste.
- You can use vegetable broth for a vegetarian option.
- Top with sesame seeds for extra flavor.
