Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 tablespoon chili paste
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
  3. Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking until fragrant.
  5. Pour in heavy cream, soy sauce, and chili paste. Mix well.
  6. Simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
  7. Add cooked ramen to the skillet and toss to coat.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.
