Ingredients

- 2 packs of ramen noodles
- 2 chicken breasts, sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili paste
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 2 green onions, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Add sliced chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Stir in minced garlic and grated ginger, cooking until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream, soy sauce, and chili paste. Mix well.
- Simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
- Add cooked ramen to the skillet and toss to coat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with sliced green onions before serving.

- Adjust the chili paste according to your spice preference.
- For a vegetarian option, replace chicken with tofu.
