A delicious twist on classic deviled eggs with creamy feta and fresh herbs.
Ingredients

- 6 large eggs
- 1/3 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Hard boil the eggs for 10 minutes.
- Cool the eggs in ice water and peel them.
- Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks.
- In a bowl, mash the yolks with feta, mayonnaise, and mustard.
- Add parsley, chives, salt, and pepper; mix well.
- Spoon the mixture back into the egg whites.
- Garnish with extra herbs if desired.

- Use fresh herbs for better flavor.
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
- These can be made a few hours in advance.
