Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup chopped olives
  • 1/2 cup diced roasted red peppers
  • 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  2. Add olives, roasted red peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, and parmesan cheese. Mix well.
  3. Shape the mixture into a log on a piece of plastic wrap.
  4. Wrap the log tightly in the plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  5. Before serving, roll the log in chopped nuts if desired.
  6. Slice and serve with crackers or bread.
