- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup chopped olives
- 1/2 cup diced roasted red peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
- Add olives, roasted red peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, basil, and parmesan cheese. Mix well.
- Shape the mixture into a log on a piece of plastic wrap.
- Wrap the log tightly in the plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, roll the log in chopped nuts if desired.
- Slice and serve with crackers or bread.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add chopped jalapeños.
- This can be made a day in advance.
- Serve with a variety of crackers for a nice presentation.
