- 1 cup chopped olives
- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soften cream cheese at room temperature.
- In a bowl, combine olives, sun-dried tomatoes, bell peppers, basil, walnuts, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until combined.
- Shape the mixture into a log on plastic wrap.
- Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve with crackers or bread.
