Ingredients

- 2 cups of Brussels sprouts, halved
- 1 cup of pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix Brussels sprouts, pecans, cranberries, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar.
- Spread the mixture on a baking sheet.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until Brussels sprouts are tender.
- Serve warm.
