 - 3 cups of vegetable broth
 
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground turkey over medium heat.
 - Add onions and garlic; sauté until soft.
 - Stir in carrots and potatoes; cook for 5 minutes.
 - Add spinach, paprika, salt, and pepper; mix well.
 - Pour in vegetable broth; bring to a boil.
 - Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
 - Serve hot.
