Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix pumpkin puree, brown sugar, granulated sugar, and vegetable oil.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking pan.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- This recipe can be easily doubled.
- For a twist, add chocolate chips or nuts.
