- 1 cup hazelnuts, ground
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground hazelnuts, flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add melted butter and vanilla to the egg mixture and mix well.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients.
- Pour the batter into a greased cake pan.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Let it cool before serving.
