- 12 large eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 package English muffins, cubed
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and mustard.
- Add bacon, cheese, English muffins, and parsley to the egg mixture.
- Stir to combine all ingredients well.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until the eggs are set and the top is golden.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute bacon with ham or sausage.
- Can be prepared the night before and stored in the refrigerator.
- Top with hollandaise sauce before serving for extra flavor.
