- 1 pre-made pie crust
- 2 cups eggnog
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup whipped cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, sugar, cornstarch, vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon.
- Slowly add the eggnog and mix until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until set.
- Let it cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.
Notes
- Use freshly grated nutmeg for better flavor.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
- Can be made a day in advance.
