Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add salt, pepper, and paprika to the mixture.
- In a baking dish, layer the tortilla strips, bell peppers, and onions.
- Pour the egg mixture over the tortillas and vegetables.
- Sprinkle cheese on top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until set and golden.
