Description
A rich and creamy egg nog drink with a hint of alcohol.
Ingredients

- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 cups whole milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup bourbon or rum
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
- Separate the egg yolks and whites.
- In a bowl, whisk the egg yolks with sugar until smooth.
- Add milk, cream, bourbon, vanilla, and nutmeg. Mix well.
- In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Serve in glasses, garnished with additional nutmeg.

- Ensure eggs are fresh.
- Adjust alcohol to taste.
