Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Separate the egg yolks and whites.

  3. Add milk, cream, bourbon, vanilla, and nutmeg. Mix well.
  4. In another bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  5. Gently fold the egg whites into the egg yolk mixture.
  6. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  7. Serve in glasses, garnished with additional nutmeg.
