Instructions
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.

- Push vegetables to the side and scramble the eggs in the pan.
- Add cooked rice and soy sauce, mixing everything together.
- Stir in chopped green onion and season with salt and pepper.
- Cook for another 2 minutes, then serve hot.
